FiberRanger gave a live demo of FR302 system with human footstep detection and classification for buried installations at the ISC West exhibition show in March 2023. A redundant FR202 system was also showcased in a 2U size, which eliminates single point of failure of the controller by design. At the ISC East conference in Nov 2021 at New York City, FiberRanger demonstrated several products (FR301, FR202-Hybrid, FR101-Zone). The products were very well received. FiberRanger products use a standard fiber-optic cable as a sensor and can locate and classify an intrusion within a few meters.

The 2nd system only turns ON when the first system fails, thus not compromising the MTBF of the 2nd system and essentially doubling the life of the redundant system. The redundant system uses automatic data synchronization technology, hot swappable architecture, automatic health check, automatic turn on and off of the secondary, and is the world's first true 100% redundant system. In addition, the entire redundant system occupies only 2U rack space, making it easy to install, maintain, and operate.
